We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the successful deployment of Workday solutions, architecting and configuring them to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite with deep experience in Absence & Time Tracking.
  • Lead or coach teams to gather and document client requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations through prototypes, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.
  • Work with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants, serve as a professional role model, and coach on product knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate synergistically on team-based projects.
  • Address complex tasks/requirements and facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction, maintaining our company as a referenceable once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports and innovate new approaches/tools for deploying Workday efficiently.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.

Requirements:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with confidential data, configure and test integrations, and provide regular status reports. You must be able to communicate effectively, collaborate synergistically, and address complex tasks/requirements.
