Key Role in Workday Solutions Deployment

As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in ensuring successful deployment of Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. Your expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, with deep experience in Absence & Time Tracking, will enable you to lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results, communicate effectively, and collaborate synergistically on team-based projects. Additionally, you will mentor new consultants, serve as a professional role model, and coach others on product knowledge.

We are looking for an expert who can facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices, maintain ongoing satisfaction, and ensure seamless integration once in production.

Please note that this remote role requires 4+ years of configuring and implementing combination Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions, preferably with current Workday Time Tracking Certification. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is also required.
