Workday Integrations Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Workday integrations specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless integration solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Workday best practices and core functionality
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Managing account communication and stakeholder expectations through effective project management and technical expertise
  • Providing expert guidance on Workday integration, configuration, and optimization
  • Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of our practice
  • Staying up-to-date with Workday product direction, release updates, and emerging trends in HR transformation consulting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday implementation, integration, or development
  • Active Integration Certification with Workday is required
  • Supplemental certifications like Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, Integration Benefits are advantageous
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
