Job Overview

This is a remote role that requires expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, focusing on Absence & Time Tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and implementing Workday solutions as well as leading deployment teams or coaching others to success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of Workday solutions by architecting, configuring, and testing them to meet client needs. They will also foster the development of other consultants by sharing their expertise and provide regular status reports to project managers.

The job requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities are also essential, as is the ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite with a focus on Absence & Time Tracking
  • Lead deployment teams or coach others to successfully deploy Workday solutions
  • Architect configure and test Workday solutions to meet client needs
  • Share expertise with other consultants to foster their development
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing Workday solutions with a focus on Absence & Time Tracking
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting software company
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus
