Responsibilities:
  • Lead Identification: Conduct thorough research to uncover potential clients through various channels and strategies.
  • Prospect Engagement: Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and other platforms to introduce our recruitment services and generate interest.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build strong relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads for our sales team and ensuring a seamless transition.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an updated database of interactions, insights, and progress, providing valuable insights to inform future strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in lead generation, with a focus on the recruiting/staffing industry.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets, demonstrating exceptional communication, research, and CRM expertise.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated attitude.
