Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience recruiting for U.S. clients, especially hiring across both U.S. and international talent pools.
  • Adept at finding candidates beyond traditional job boards, utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and other recruiting tools, with a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting.
  • Resourceful, organized, and tech-savvy, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
