We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping our organization's future by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment plans.
- Source and screen potential candidates using various methods, participating in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Facilitate talent acquisition from job posting to offer negotiations, maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms, and staying informed about industry trends to support and improve recruitment efforts.
- Promote the company's employer brand through initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as a desirable place to work.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
