The ADM is empowered to create and propose decisions that support operations and business growth. The role is supported by an account team led and developed by the ADM, who collectively advance business objectives while strengthening partnerships with the assigned Key Accounts. The ADM's scope extends beyond buying groups to cover all facets of the business, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring a deep and multi-faceted presence, which defines true Key Account Management.
Main Responsibilities:- Account Management: Manage top accounts or account clusters, overseeing customer engagement, including negotiations and agreements, to build and expand business.
- Program and Operational Development: Ensure the company makes proper investments to build business with trade partners. Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient operations from both ends.
- Growing People: As a people manager, provide direction and guidance to direct reports and third-party partners. Ensure business continuity and competency development through field coaching, mentoring, and situational leadership. Continuously refine business tools and metrics to meet dynamic business needs.
