Job Overview

This role is for a Team Leader who will supervise and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve set goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate will foster an environment that promotes open communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

  • Create quotes for Wrist customers based on their specifications and translate them into the Wrist catalog items.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Purchase Department to complete customer quotations.
  • Maintain and update the Wrist product catalog.
  • Conduct post-quotation studies for unrecognized items and acquire those not in stock (buy-to-sell items).
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing team members.
  • Managing daily operations and collaborating with the Team Manager to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Providing support for system and process inquiries and issues.
  • Reviewing standard operating procedures and ensuring compliance.
  • Contributing to the prompt processing of daily transactions.
  • Managing general mailboxes and addressing emails and issues promptly.
  • Conducting regular huddles with direct reports to review performance and strategies.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or Shared-service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and AX12.
  • Critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation.
  • An ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic setting.
