The Role
A Merchandise Planner will develop strategic financial plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability of assigned categories, meeting or exceeding annual targets. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while being flexible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management:
    • Pull data to refresh daily sales reporting used by cross-functional teams.
    • Support weekly sales and financial data validation across multiple systems and data sources.
    • Update weekly and monthly financial reports for the Merch Planning team and Leadership Team.
  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Enter plans in Toolio for new products based on approved product briefs.
    • Forecast sales and profitability for assigned products, incorporating market conditions and historical sales performance.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with NetSuite is beneficial.
  • Toolio experience is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of success in planning, financial analysis, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines.
