About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Manager for a leading platform. The successful candidate will oversee key customer accounts, review incoming orders, coordinate fulfillment with vendors, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day account operations while collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email/Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
  • At least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
  • B2B account management
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
