Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Mentoring:
  • Coach and mentor Agency Supervisors and Agency Coordinators in building strong relationships with key store personnel, agency screening, training, and development.
  • Develop personal training and development programs for Key Agency Personnel (AC Supervisors and Area Coordinators) through field coaching and one-on-one meetings via the Kamustahan Program.
  • Assess and evaluate training and development programs of Key Agency Personnel.
  • Building Strong Store Relationships:
  • Strengthen relationships with key store personnel through regular store visits in direct accounts and modern trade accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Attend monthly customized tabletop reviews with key branches to discuss performance metrics.
  • Deploy merchandisers effectively to maximize productivity.
  • Develop Merchandiser Workflow by creating ideal time and motion studies.
  • Ensure deployment of quality merchandisers to stores.
  • Promotions and Sales Program Execution:
  • Ensure prompt resolution of in-store merchandising concerns using systems like Kamustahan and KRA Checking and Evaluation.
  • Develop and update the Store Info Manual quarterly, including key store personnel, availability scores, facings measurements, and achievement targets.
  • Execute BTL promotions and trade promos properly and on time.
  • Recruit manpower and materials needed for projects/promotions in coordination with partner agencies and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance checks of scheduled activities.
  • Submit End Project Reports for major projects, including results, learnings, and recommendations.
Merchandising
  • Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows.
  • Manage regular and special POPs, including shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, special displays, decals, MS Displayer, and special containers.
  • Handle Out-of-Home (OOH) Merchandising to increase brand visibility.
Systems and Process Improvements
  • Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and Bad Order management.
  • Develop and implement standard Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for ACs at the store level to ensure productivity during store visits.
  • Design and test pilot and stretch programs to improve availability, visibility, merchandising, and promo execution for growth and profit.
Administrative
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and complete routine reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of required reports by Partner Agencies.
  • Manage the accomplishment, consolidation, and encoding of AC and BTL incentives.
  • Provide reports requested by the organization for all MNC SKUs.
