About the Role
We seek an experienced Account Executive to drive deal conversion and revenue growth for a scaling business.
You will work directly with client teams, owning the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature. You will conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, create tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts with decision-makers.
What Success Looks Like: 20%+ conversion rate on qualified opportunities with consistent monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities- Owning the complete sales process from qualified lead through contract signature.
- Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers.
- Creating tailored proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborating with client teams and leveraging sales frameworks to meet revenue targets.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales closing or account executive roles.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations with senior decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, proposal creation, and deal closing skills.
- Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; quiet working environment; good quality microphone or headset.
