Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining our talent pipeline through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening: Develop and implement strategies to source high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and feedback collection.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the human resources and recruitment industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of recruitment methods, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders; proficient in using recruitment and HR technology, including applicant tracking systems or Workday; exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
