Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to join our dynamic eCommerce team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, extensive experience in customer service management, and a strong understanding of eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve complex customer issues through effective problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Deliver prompt and professional support via email and chat.
  • Utilize tools such as Shopify, Recharge, and Gorgias CRM to manage customer inquiries and interactions efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service and order fulfillment strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
