About the role

Join the dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a Customer Service Agent in our healthcare associates department. This full-time role is located in Iloilo City, Iloilo, and will involve providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, services, and policies
  3. Assist customers with problem-solving and troubleshooting
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and procedures
  7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
  2. At least with or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role are welcome to apply
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology
  6. Experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  7. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. A positive, team-oriented attitude
