Virtual Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our leadership teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent English skills, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • This role involves performing a variety of administrative duties, including answering emails and phone calls.
  • You will provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Create content to post on the company's social media channels.
  • Prepare presentations according to instructions.
  • Make travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations).
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed 20Mbps+).
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
