We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate across teams, and support both business and people-related processes. This includes managing calendars, meetings across time zones, calls, and travel arrangements. You will also prepare and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
In addition, you will support process improvements, policies, and handbook development. You will handle correspondence and organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. You will maintain records, databases, and office systems for efficiency.
You will assist in preparing KPI scorecards, leadership conferences, and other reports. Your responsibilities will also include supporting onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as assisting with payroll documentation, reimbursements, and HR reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator.
- Strong calendar, travel, and meeting management experience across time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
