Remote Legal Talent Sourcing Specialist

The role of Remote Legal Talent Sourcing Specialist involves working closely with our founder to identify and engage top legal talent for roles within prestigious law firms. This position requires a highly organized individual who is comfortable with cold calling, proactive outreach, and building genuine connections with candidates.

Candidates should have a strong background in recruitment, sales, or legal fields, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in remote tools such as Zoom and CRM systems is also essential.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal recruiting, with comprehensive training provided to ensure success. The successful candidate will be part of a tight-knit team based in New York, working remotely from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify top legal talent for roles within law firms.
  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage candidates and clients.
  • Support the founder in all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate prep calls, client meetings, and strategy discussions.
  • Manage follow-ups and ensure a smooth process for candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and align them with opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify top talent and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, legal, or phone-based roles at a U.S. company.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must work full-time during New York business hours (10 AM–6 PM EST, Monday–Friday).
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet, proficiency with remote tools (e.g., Zoom, CRM systems), and a quiet home office setup.
