The Central Procurement Manager will oversee and manage procurement processes within our Fit-Out Services department.

This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and timely procurement of materials and services required for various projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that all procurement activities are executed effectively and align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management: Lead the central procurement team in purchasing materials and services.
  • Supplier Management: Track supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking and optimize storage space.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with centre delivery managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
