Job Title

A senior role is available to manage the fulfillment of business requests and account orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • This position requires a candidate who can work independently, be dynamic, meticulous, a fast learner, have good communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open client account orders.
  • Troubleshooting client account configuration and identifying enhancements to operating systems and processes is also key.
  • Managing communications with the commercial department on updated processes for all customer orders is crucial.
  • Supporting and resolving discrepancies in billing or production transactions is another aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining accurate system billing of all accounts is vital.

Skillset
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, client operations, or operations expertise is required.
  • Preference for experience in credit bureau organizations.
  • Strong logic and the ability to use resources to achieve goals are necessary.
  • Target-oriented individuals who can perform in fast-paced environments are ideal.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork spirit are essential.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot is beneficial.
