Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the tender process for engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating technical experts, developing high-quality proposals, and driving business growth through successful submissions.

  • Manage complex tenders, bids, EOIs, and RFPs across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
  • Coordinate technical teams to develop compliant, compelling proposals.
  • Oversee technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded projects.
  • Ensure proposals meet requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
