Overview

  • Drive project execution by coordinating cross-pod initiatives that demand tight teamwork.
  • Work closely with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and remove obstacles.
  • Establish efficient processes to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and oversee internal QA projects and initiatives across multiple pods.
  2. Coordinate and drive execution for cross-pod initiatives requiring collaborative efforts.
  3. Collaborate with the QA management team to gather updates, escalate risks, and resolve blockers.
  4. Develop lightweight processes to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  5. Employ AI-powered tools to automate updates, enhance status reporting, and manage project assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or others) to improve workflow and task management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a pod-based or matrixed organizational structure.
  • Exposure to AdTech, Data Engineering, or Cloud Platforms.
