  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while escalating complex cases to the Tier 2 team when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to share knowledge, resolve escalations, and improve workflows.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Previous experience in troubleshooting hardware and software remotely is essential.
  • Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
