Job Overview:

As a key member of our IT team, you will be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues. Your primary responsibility is to provide timely and effective support via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
  • Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Assist with meeting and event setup, including AV equipment.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic understanding of network protocols and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
