Job Title: ICT Technician

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users regarding desktop issues.
  • Respond to requests for assistance and provide information to enable users to resolve their problems.
  • Maintain accurate log entries of faults with resolution and contact details.
  • Ensure all hardware/software installations and routine upgrades are implemented according to Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide an effective interface between users and service providers.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant IT Support experience coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Sound technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple problems at once and prioritize issues.
  • Strong customer service focus.
