Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will oversee the management of daily accounting tasks with an emphasis on accounts receivable.

This role involves managing routine journal entries and bank transactions, processing AR payments and credit card transactions as needed, and assisting with month-end closings and account reconciliations.

The specialist will also investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, perform bank reconciliations, and collaborate with team members as needed.

Accounting Tasks:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes
  • Record routine journal entries and bank transactions
  • Process AR payments and credit card transactions
  • Assist with month-end closings and account reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data
  • Perform bank reconciliations

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
