Job Overview

The Sales Territory Growth Manager is a high-achieving sales professional responsible for fostering strong relationships with accredited partners and agents. This role involves driving daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through these partners and aggregators.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory
  • Manage the total growth of the assigned area in terms of Maya GTV and Use Cases of the MSME segment
  • Promote business expansion in the assigned territory by effectively managing accounts and Maya Agents
  • Develop and operationalize cascaded plans by creating strategies suitable to the area
  • Educate all partners and agents on our product and use cases, including Maya Bank products for retail agents
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Accredited Partners and Maya Agents, including immediate after-sales service
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Sales Account and Relationship Management
  • Understanding of e-wallets and payment ecosystems
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Client Management or Business Development
  • Familiarity with financial technologies and other intersecting industries is an asset
