About the Role
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team and take on the role of Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in managing client relationships, delivering solutions that meet client expectations, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, relationship building, and sales strategy development. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Analyse client operations and recommend solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Deliver projects, lead training sessions, and support successful adoption of dashboards.
  • Build long-term relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and work with internal teams to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor product usage, gather feedback, and share insights with the product team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with international clients.
