Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional technical professional to fill a key role in our IT operations. As a L2 Support Engineer, you will play a critical part in ensuring the security and optimization of our company's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Ensure system and data security is maintained at the highest standards, safeguarding the integrity of our client networks.
  • Intune Device Management: Manage configuration profiles, compliance profiles, endpoint security baselines & hardening, application deployments, and patching. Oversee cloud security management across AWS and Azure environments using Defender for Cloud and AWS Security Hub.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Develop and manage our clients' infrastructure, end-to-end system stability, and performance. Identify and resolve incidents and problems, as well as manage patches and vulnerabilities.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of our company systems, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Third-Party Service Management: Manage and support all third-party services used by our company.
  • Microsoft 365 Support: Provide Microsoft support (Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive) and manage CSP & SPLA service management, including Microsoft 365 license management and Azure subscription management.
  • Power Platform Expertise: Demonstrate understanding and experience in designing, developing, and customizing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate reports and present them effectively to our clients, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Integration and Automation: Develop skills in Power Automate and Power Apps, as well as AI/ML tools, to enhance continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Transition Management: Effectively manage transitions for managed services, collaborating with the Professional Services team to provide technical assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Support/Technical Operations Engineering, preferably with at least 3 years of experience as L2 in an AU MSP environment.
  • Relevant IT experience and/or certifications in Microsoft O365, Azure, or AWS.
  • Proficiency in PowerApps, with experience in developing and customizing business applications.
  • Strong understanding of IT management principles and a commitment to maintaining high security standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and suppliers.
