Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team in this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound calls, help desk tickets, outbound calls, and chat support.
  • Respond to inquiries efficiently, addressing core problems to provide effective solutions.
  • Make outbound calls when necessary to address customer issues promptly.
  • Manage a queue of tickets with competing priorities, triage or action tickets via outbound calls, emails, or chats.
  • Escalate tickets with all relevant information to the appropriate internal team or partner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in a customer support/service or help desk role; preferably in finance-related areas.
  • Lending experience (consumer-facing or phone).
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Technically minded and able to navigate new systems easily.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; proactive and able to work in an agile, cross-functional environment.
