Paralegal Job Description","

The Paralegal role is a critical position that plays a key part in ensuring smooth case management and exceptional client service.

As a Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys and paralegals to handle clerical, organizational, and project-related tasks. This includes creating and maintaining digital client files, organizing electronic document storage, and drafting client communications.

You will also be responsible for gathering, organizing, and verifying client documents for case preparation, communicating with clients to obtain missing information, and providing updates on their cases.

In addition, you will assist in preparing government forms, questionnaires, and petitions related to immigration cases, and maintain and update client profiles in database systems.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in law or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

A strong customer-service orientation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and CRM tools like Salesforce are also essential for success in this role.
