Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to assist with immigration-related applications for our clients.

  • Create and maintain digital client files, adhering to organizational standards.
  • Organize electronic document storage and ensure proper naming and maintenance of files.
  • Remove duplicates and outdated templates from client files.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather, organize, and verify client documents for case preparation.

Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and provide updates on their cases.

Draft client communications, including approval and congratulatory letters.

Draft and complete government forms, questionnaires, and petitions related to immigration cases.

Maintain and update client profiles in CRM systems.

Record client communications and update case notes consistently.

  • Submit requests for translation and educational evaluations.
  • Coordinate with team members to determine daily and weekly goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in law or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

1-3 years of experience in a law firm setting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
