At the forefront of HR data management, we seek an expert who can harness the power of employee information and drive system usability.

This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our global workforce data, primarily within Workday. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes, guaranteeing compliance and precision at every stage.

We require a highly skilled professional with exceptional discretion to safeguard sensitive employee data. Strong collaboration skills are essential for working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address process and data-related issues, escalating complex cases as necessary.

A key responsibility is to provide timely and effective support through various channels, escalating critical cases to the HRIS Supervisor when required. Additionally, this role entails monitoring Workday inboxes, ensuring prompt task execution while maintaining clean and audit-ready data.

Global team alignment and adoption of best practices are crucial in this position, requiring active participation in collaborative efforts to drive shared objectives.

The ideal candidate will also contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by collaborating with IT or Business Analysts to validate system behavior before release to production.

Furthermore, this role supports the enhancement of our HRIS-EDM process maturity by engaging in feedback sharing and participating in process discussions when needed. Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks or projects are also valued traits.
