Job Opportunity: Human Resources Expert

About the Role:

A skilled HR Expert is required to provide comprehensive support to employees and management in various human resources-related matters. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To respond to employee inquiries and transactions over phone, chat, and email with exceptional communication skills.
  • To assist managers and employees with policy and procedural inquiries, transactions such as employee personal data updates, job changes, promotions, demotions, salary adjustments, performance management, training, termination, and leave of absence on Workday.
  • To create/refer to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
  • To meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timeliness and quality in handling queries.
  • To be proficient in the HR helpdesk environment.
  • To collaborate with onshore partners to get trained on all queries received from employees.
  • To adhere to compliance and quality guidelines to ensure accurate information is provided for all queries.
  • To transfer to relevant leads or onshore counterparts for all Tier 2 transactions as per the defined process.
  • To escalate high-priority cases for immediate intervention.
  • To maintain a repository for all out-of-scope queries and get trained to shift left these into Tier 1.
