Industrial Operations Manager

Overview

Seeking a skilled professional to manage industrial operations and lead a team of engineers in maintaining process equipment and optimizing production processes.

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal machinery performance, personnel safety, and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of engineers in implementing and maintaining equipment automation systems.
Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Registered Electrical Engineer license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial plant as Supervisor or related position, or at least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Team Leader or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Autocad, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledgeable in industrial plant maintenance, equipment automation, and quality control principles.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of ISO, Food Safety (cGMP, HACCP, Codex, SOP, SSOP) standards and practices.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Mabalacat, Pampanga.
