Airport Experience Manager

Our Customer Service Operations Team is dedicated to upholding our values for service, operational excellence, and air transport reliability.

As a seasoned manager, you will oversee above-wing performance across all stations under your supervision, collaborating with other departments to discuss new airline digitalization processes and projects. You will represent Airport Experience in monthly safety review committee (SRC) meetings, monitor strict compliance of groundhandlers to ASOM procedures, and conduct station visits and performance assessment checks (SPAC).

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution is mandatory.
  • Minimum three years of experience in management roles, preferably within the airline industry.
  • Familiarity with all facets of airport operations and systems is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to deliver operational excellence and people engagement are required.
