Department Airport Experience
Employee Type Probationary

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage above wing performance of all stations under their supervision and collaborate with other departments to discuss new airline digitalization processes and projects
  • Represent Airport Experience in the monthly safety review committee (SRC) meetings
  • Monitor the strict compliance of groundhandlers to ASOM procedures and compliance via system integrated platforms (BTS, kiosks, etc)
  • Conducts station visits and performs station audits and performance assessment checks (SPAC)
  • Reports to relevant regulating bodies such as NNIC and CAAP for airport-related issues and intercepted dangerous goods items
Qualifications
  • Must be a college graduate of any four-year course
  • Must have had at least three (3) years of relevant management role preferably in the airline industry
  • Must have experience and background in all facets of airport operations and systems
  • Must be able to deliver operational excellence and people engagement
