Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Video Editor for Real Estate. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in video production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit high-quality real estate video presentations using advanced editing software like Final Cut Pro X, incorporating ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic touch.
  • Develop cohesive visual narratives that match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Deliver videos within tight deadlines, completing one full video per shift and delivering a second video from that batch the next day.
  • Manage and organize raw media from multiple camera sources, ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately, especially for high-stakes listings or brand-driven content.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Expertise in Final Cut Pro X, including multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading, with at least 5.5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • A strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • The ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback, with strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
  • Access to a fast Mac editing setup and a fast, reliable internet connection to support remote editing workflows.
