Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Video Editor to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for editing high-quality real estate videos that showcase properties in the best possible light.

Responsibilities:
  • Edit real estate video presentations using advanced editing software such as Final Cut Pro X.
  • Craft engaging video narratives that highlight the unique features and amenities of each property.
  • Collaborate with producers and clients to ensure that all projects meet their expectations and deadlines.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources, ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Deliver high-quality videos on time, every time, while maintaining a fast and efficient workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5.5 years of experience with advanced editing software such as Final Cut Pro X.
  • Proven expertise in multi-cam workflows, transitions, stabilization, and color grading.
  • Experience working with drone footage and integrating it into video presentations.
  • A strong visual eye for property marketing, with the ability to showcase architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues remotely.
  • A fast and reliable Mac editing setup, as well as a fast and reliable internet connection.
