Overview

We're on the hunt for a talented direct response video editor to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in crafting high-converting AI videos that drive real results.

Our goal is ambitious: create market-leading campaigns that generate massive revenue and propel us to the forefront of AI video marketing for e-commerce.

You'll be responsible for producing a consistent volume of high-quality AI videos per day, following our preset scripts and styles. Your task will be to increase your performance bonus by analyzing prior video metrics to boost views and conversions.

Key skills include applying direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts, operating with autonomy, and quickly learning and mastering new AI tools and editing techniques as social media trends evolve.

Success is measured by output, not hours; meet the daily deadline, attend weekly calls, and maintain clear communication with the founders and executive team.

As a foundational member of the team, you'll help train and onboard future AI video editors to our standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality AI videos daily.
  • Analyze video metrics to increase views and conversions.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
  • Operate with autonomy and manage your workload efficiently.
  • Quickly learn and master new AI tools and editing techniques.
  • Ensure every video meets quality standards and perfectly matches instructions.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with the team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with direct-response copywriting for short-form videos.
  • Proficiency in professional video-editing software (CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with other AI video tools is a major plus.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
  • A autonomous operator who thrives without micromanagement.
