Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of editing real estate videos using Final Cut Pro, with a keen eye for cohesive visual storytelling and the ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround.

Responsibilities
  • Edit real estate video presentations combining ground footage, drone shots, and music to highlight property features with a cinematic edge.
  • Structure video narratives that match the aesthetic expectations of modern real estate buyers and align with brand guidelines and listing goals.
  • Complete one full video within a shift; deliver a second video from that batch the next day.
  • Organize and sync raw media from multiple camera sources (drone and ground), ensuring color consistency, clean transitions, and audio clarity.
  • Work closely with producers and clients to implement feedback quickly and accurately.
  • Export and optimize videos for MLS platforms, YouTube, and Instagram, tailoring resolutions and formats for various marketing channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5.5+ years of advanced editing experience with Final Cut Pro X.
  • Proven experience editing videos for real estate listings, including familiarity with drone integration and walkthrough formats.
  • Strong design and composition sense, especially in showcasing architectural features, interior lighting, and exterior landscaping.
  • Ability to manage high-volume content with fast turnaround while maintaining consistent visual and brand quality.
  • Comfortable receiving and executing on client feedback, with strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
