High-Converting Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team.
As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-converting video ads for Facebook and other social media platforms that drive sales and maximize ROI. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand ad performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level video editing skills and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar editing tools. They will also have strong knowledge of fast-paced editing techniques, including pattern interrupts, seamless transitions, and visual effects to sustain viewer attention in the first 3-5 seconds.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) editing, ensuring raw footage is polished, visually compelling, and optimized for direct-response conversion. They will also be familiar with AI-based editing tools, templates, and automation techniques to speed up production while maintaining quality and creativity.
In this role, you will deliver error-free, polished videos with clear messaging, strong hooks, and on-brand visuals. You will also ensure all videos are optimized for sound-off viewing with captions, text overlays, and engaging graphics.
The perfect candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance artistic vision with direct-response effectiveness, and be proactive in learning from data and testing new creative strategies.
