Job Title: Strategic Account Executive

">Overview

This role involves managing key accounts to drive business growth and maximize sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, preferably in the Health and Beauty Category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate data records of key accounts, including store lists, promo monitoring, and personnel directories.
  • Enlist new products, promotions, and in-store initiatives in a timely manner.
  • Fulfill requirements for HRIS and other related activities concerning personnel management.
  • Communicate company marketing campaigns and plans to assigned key accounts.
  • Execute and supervise key account marketing and communications plans.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with key account decision-makers.
  • Resolve issues and problems faced by key accounts and provide substantial solutions to develop trust and confidence among retail partners.
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in handling national key accounts in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in retail sales operations or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong business network with key accounts, preferably in the Watsons, SM Group, Waltermart Group, Puregold, or similar categories.
