Meter Collection Professional We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the Meter Collection Professional role. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and has strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting meter readings, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect meter readings from customers through outbound calls or in-person visits
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customer accounts
  • Work with customers to understand their key business processes and independencies
  • Identify potential risks where meters may have dropped off automated and resolve the issue in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and independence
  • Multi-tasking and high pressure situations
  • Adept at collaboration and continuous improvement
  • System and procedure orientation
  • Previous experience in an invoicing role
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Dynamic customer service/sales environment experience
