Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, owning customer communications from initial request through to resolution.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

The role involves supporting customers via multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will also play a key role in maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating closely with teams across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support via various communication channels.
  • Be a product expert, becoming knowledgeable about how our platform works and what it can do.
  • Collect customer feedback and use it to influence the direction of the product.
  • Identify issues and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Develop and improve processes to scale support with the growing business.
  • Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers, Retention and Implementation, Marketing teams.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficiency with various software systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally.
  • Engage in robust and articulate dialogue while maintaining an open mind.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
