Job Role: Mortgage Broker Support Specialist

This pivotal role requires the ability to manage end-to-end loan processing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Support mortgage brokers with loan application preparation and submission
  • Collect, verify, and maintain required documentation from clients
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing
  • Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems

  • Assist brokers with administrative tasks for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant or senior-level equivalent
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and knowledge of lender policies
