As a Mortgage Expert, you will manage pre-credit loan processing tasks including data analysis, valuation services, data entry, and post-settlement support. You will ensure accurate and timely preparation of loan applications.

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis for existing client book
• Prepare complex financial models for brokers
• Send personalized welcome messages and initial data requests to new clients
• Enter accurate data for new clients and update existing client records
• Request, index, and organize supporting documents, identifying missing items
• Request pricing discounts from lenders and order property valuations
• Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like Quickli, strategy sheets, and loan options maps
• Draft lender application notes and support brokers with lender option preparation
• Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
• Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients
• Assist in preparing and managing settlement documentation
