Overview

Mortgage loan processor role supporting broker to achieve settlement targets, manage data entry into SalesTrekker / Apply Online / Loanapp / Flex, and prepare compliance documentation for proposed loans.

Responsibilities
  • Lodging new applications with the lenders and following through to approval & settlement
  • Communication with clients keeping them updated with progress
  • Organising valuations with lenders
  • Booking and organising settlements with the clients, solicitors, and lenders
  • Ensuring all settled files are compliant
  • Keeping application tracker within the CRM updated
  • Keeping track of commission payments
  • Diary and email management
  • Supporting broker to achieve settlement targets
  • Data entry into SalesTrekker / Apply Online / Loanapp / Flex
  • Preparing Compliance Documentation for proposed loans
Mandatory requirements
  • Stable internet with at least 50MBPS or up
  • Own computer
Key Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is required.
  • Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for interacting with clients, brokers, and other parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software is necessary.
  • Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy is essential.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service is vital.
  • Effective time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
