Job Title: Virtual Relationship Specialist

Cyberbacker seeks a skilled Virtual Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and virtual professionals.

  • Transcription: Capture key points during live or recorded calls.
  • Call Preparation: Organize daily call lists and agendas to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage meeting schedules, including adjustments, cancellations, and time zone considerations.
  • Report Management: Compile insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Virtual File Management: Keep virtual files organized and accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Relationship Skills: A natural ability to connect, collaborate, and foster trust.
  • Work Ethic: A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Technical Setup:
  • Intel Core i3 (6th-12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
  • 8GB RAM, 60GB free hard disk space.
